Are you a student seeking valuable hands-on experience within the largest Swedish management consulting firm? With our Talent Program, we offer you the unique opportunity to peek behind the scenes at Centigo. Additionally, you'll have a personal mentor who will guide and coach you in the professional world.
The Program is for students with 1-2 years left of their studies and is perfectly compatible with full-time studies or other commitments. We are only looking for talents in our offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö.

About the Talent Program
Centigo's Talent Program runs from January to June 2024, and we meet once a month at our office in the heart of Stockholm. In the afternoons and evenings, you'll participate in inspiring workshops and presentations related to the consulting profession. During these sessions, we also provide opportunities to network with professionals and other ambitious students. Each meeting concludes with food, drinks, and other enjoyable activities.
In addition to our monthly meetings, you will be assigned a personal mentor who guides and coaches you throughout the Program. Your mentor shares their valuable experience with you, and you can discuss your interests and ambitions with an expert in the field, so you are supported each step of the way.

The application process
Submit an application with your grades, CV, and a cover letter.
Take a personality test and a problem-solving test to help us identify your potential and reduce the risk of discrimination and unconscious bias.
In the final step, you get to meet one of our team members in an online interview where you will also solve a small case.
